All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages & Issues

Kitchen Drawer is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping, but we will gladly assist you with replacing damaged items. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim with us.
